Greenspring, part of Erickson Senior Living, is seeking a patient-centered Physical Therapist to join our on-site team at Greenspring Village in Springfield, Virginia. You’ll deliver evaluations and personalized treatment across inpatient, outpatient and home health settings with onboarding and strong documentation support.

New grads are encouraged to apply. This full-time role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and competitive hourly compensation, with PRN options.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Physical Therapy license and CPR certification.
• Ability to document services accurately and on time.
• Experience with older adults across diagnostic groups preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and provide personalized treatment across care settings.
• Deliver 1:1 direct patient care with a patient-centered approach.
• Collaborate with nursing, physicians and rehab colleagues on mobility goals.
• Handle documentation and ensure compliance with Medicare requirements as applicable.
• On-site campus role with no travel required.

In this role, you’ll deliver evaluations and personalized treatment across a full continuum of care—all within one vibrant, on-site campus. From inpatient to outpatient and home health settings, you’ll have the unique opportunity to expand your clinical expertise while building lasting relationships with residents. We set you up for success with dedicated onboarding and strong documentation support, so you can focus on doing your best work every day.

What we require:

• Active Virginia Physical Therapy license

• Current CPR certification

• Ability to document services accurately and on time
