Position: Physical Therapist

Salary Range: $39.78 - $42.4 per hour

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at our Skilled Nursing Facility. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for our patients to help them improve their mobility, strength, and overall physical function.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations

• Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities to improve patients' physical function and reduce pain
• Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue at home
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
• Keep abreast of new developments and techniques in the field of physical therapy

Qualifications
