Job summary

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our 120-bed skilled nursing facility in Riverside, CA. You will help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve function.

The role requires evaluating patients, planning and implementing individualized treatment, and collaborating with physicians and therapists. A state license and 2+ years in SNF are preferred; 35 hours/week, Monday–Friday, no weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' medical history and perform physical assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals.
• Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and range of motion.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue at home.
• Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Adhere to all state and federal regulations and ethical standards.

Salary Range: $45-$48 per hour

Schedule: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, no weekend rotation

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a strong background in physical therapy. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them regain mobility, manage pain, and improve overall physical function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' medical history and perform physical assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
• Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities to improve patients' mobility, strength, and range of motion
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue at home
• Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care for patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Adhere to all state and federal regulations and ethical standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, techniques, and modalities
