Job summary

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a skilled nursing facility in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This full-time role offers 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with no weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' medical history and perform physical examinations to determine their physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help patients improve their mobility, reduce pain, and increase strength and endurance.
• Utilize a variety of techniques, such as exercise, massage, and manual therapy, to help patients achieve their treatment goals.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment plan, and home exercises to promote independence and long-term wellness.
• Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care for patients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in physical therapy and participate in continuing education to enhance skills and knowledge.

Position: Physical Therapist

Salary Range: $44.80 - $49.23 per hour

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday (No weekend rotation)
