Job summary

Grays Harbor Health & Rehabilitation Center in Aberdeen, WA, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time position. You will evaluate residents, create individualized treatment plans, and help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence to achieve their highest level of function.

Qualifications

• Current Washington Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute care experience preferred.
• Passion for helping residents improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Help residents improve strength, mobility, and independence.
• Provide therapy services to support recovery and rehabilitation goals.
• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate residents and families on exercises and recovery strategies.
