Job summary

Milestone Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced Physical Security Project Manager to lead security build-outs and manage specialty site programs across a portfolio.

You will coordinate internal teams, vendors, and construction partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with GSIS standards. The role requires 5+ years in project management within security/design/construction, a relevant degree, and willingness to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in security/design/construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• PMP, CAPM, PSP or CPP certifications strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for site visits, commissioning, audits and site exits.
• Proven track record managing a high volume of concurrent small-to-mid projects across an operating portfolio.
• Experience with enterprise-scale corporate real estate deployments and security systems.

Responsibilities

• Own schedules, budgets, documentation and coordination for security build projects.
• Coordinate with vendors, design consultants and contractors; manage RFPs and change orders.
• Lead design engineering reviews and ensure contract documents align with standards.
• Oversee security systems programming, testing and commissioning at sites.
• Travel to project sites for acceptance testing and handover.
• Maintain QA/QC processes and continuous improvement of standards.
