Job summary

BearCom / Stone Security is seeking a highly organized Project Foreman to lead security system installations across multiple sites in Southern California. You will supervise installers, read plans, and troubleshoot low voltage panels, IP video, and access control systems such as Lenel/S2, Milestone, and DMP.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong leadership, and the ability to travel as needed within the state. Company offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or vocational training.
• 5+ years of field experience in security systems.
• Mastery of intrusion, IP video, and access control systems (Lenel/S2, Milestone, DMP).
• Ability to read plans and install panels, boxes and wiring.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Installs and troubleshoots low voltage panels, wiring and devices including IP video and intrusion systems.
• Provides onsite supervision of electronic installers on multiple worksites and coordinates daily activities.
