Job summary

BearCom Stone Security is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to lead initiatives tied to customer objectives, risk mitigation, and timely delivery. The role involves budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with subcontractors while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The position requires 5+ years in security and project management, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel. Proficiency with MS Office and security systems such as LenelS2 and Milestone is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of security and project management experience.
• Experience in construction and security industries.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint).
• Strong knowledge of access control, video surveillance, and intrusion technologies.
• LenelS2 and Milestone experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with all stakeholders, internal and external.
• Oversee projects from inception to completion, including permits, materials, contracting, and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Maintain installation schedules and coordinate tasks with other trades.
• Troubleshoot issues and engage resources to mitigate impacts.
• Plan and schedule engineering, installation, and subcontracting activities.
• Manage multiple projects across the Southeast with minimal supervision.
• Oversee project budget and profitability; approve change orders.
• Travel extensively as required.

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team

Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for the initiation, planning, execution, supervision, and implementation of projects related to the customers' objectives. Responsibilities also include proactively identifying project risks and mitigation strategies for those risks, building, maintaining, and tracking project schedules, capturing, categorizing, and identifying the resolution of project issues.

Job Responsibilities And Duties

• Exceptional communication with all stakeholders, external and internal
• Oversee project progression from inception to completion, including permits, material delivery, contracting, managing subcontractors, etc.
• Understanding of project scope and completing projects on time and within budget
• Maintains installation schedules and coordinates task scheduling with other trades
• Troubleshoot project issues and engage appropriate resources as needed to mitigate impacts
• Plans and schedules engineering, installation, and subcontracting activities of assigned projects
• Manage multiple small to large-scale projects simultaneously across the Southeast without supervision.
• Manage project budget and project profitability
• Manage and execute project change orders
• Extensive travel is required

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of security and project management experience
• Ability to engage with all levels of management
• Individuals will be technically inclined, have good written and verbal communication skills, be self-motivated, be dependable to work under little supervision, and be eager to learn.
• Must have experience in the construction field and security industry
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint).
• Strong technical knowledge of relevant technology and tools, i.e., access control, video surveillance, and intrusion.
• Experience in LenelS2 and Milestone preferred
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking
