About The Role:

As Physical Security Coordinator, you will manage vendor contracts related to Intrusion, Fire Repair, and Inspections across all company locations. You will also oversee store hardening initiatives and support Loss Prevention, small demand projects, and technology roll-outs.

What You’ll Do:

1. Design alarm systems and installation scopes for new stores and remodels.
2. Ensure compliance with State and local NFPA guidelines during store refreshes.
3. Maintain capital budgets for projects.
4. Manage the Loss Prevention Service Channel Dashboard for Intrusion and Fire trades.
5. Serve as liaison for senior-level escalations, including outside business hours, weekends, and holidays.
6. Forecast security supply and vendor expenses monthly.
7. Create and update best practices and reference materials for Loss Prevention and Physical Security.
8. Maintain records of current Physical Security Devices.
9. Conduct post-incident reviews of burglaries, providing summaries and recommendations to leadership.
10. Manage store hardening projects.
11. Assist with special technology project roll-outs and small-demand projects.
12. Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Skills:

• Knowledge of Physical Security devices such as CCTV, Video Management, Intrusion, and Fire Alarms.

Preferred Skills:

• Customer Service and Project Management experience.
• Ability to interpret Blueprints/CAD drawings.
• Understanding of Building and Fire Codes.
• Knowledge of Network Technology.

Special Requirements:

• Overnight travel required.
