Qualifications

Coordinate quality, risk and/or patient safety aspects of The Joint Commission continuous readiness program. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services and systems/performance measures. Support activities related to quality and risk reduction initiatives and compliance with patient safety standards. Analyze and report on data collected from a variety of sources. Develop detailed quality financial reports for specific groups and service lines. Requirements Licensure/Certification/Registration: Quality Professional preferred. Risk Management preferred. Education: High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required. Additional Preferences RN who has experience in MIPS reporting, filing and management is preferred.
