About Us

Dragon Xpress is a private fleet specializing in local, regional, and owner-operator dry van freight. We have terminals based in Biron, WI, and Sturtevant, WI. We are actively growing and looking for a self-starter who is hard-working, resourceful, and detail-oriented to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Fleet Management: Oversee maintenance, repair, and scheduling of company vehicles; track fleet metrics; coordinate vehicle registrations, inspections, and insurance; manage vehicle assignments; implement GPS and fleet tracking systems.
• Safety Coordination: Develop and enforce safety policies; conduct safety audits and vehicle inspections; organize safety training; maintain safety documentation; serve as safety contact for regulatory inspections.
• Administrative Duties: Maintain driver qualification and training records; assist with budgeting and reporting; collaborate on performance reviews and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics, occupational safety, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in fleet management or safety coordination.
• Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and FMCSA regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and fleet/safety management software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL a plus.

Work Environment

• Office and field-based work environment.
• Occasional travel to job sites or fleet locations.
• Possible after-hours availability for incidents.
