We are currently seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join us as a Physical Logistics Specialist

As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, customers are at the heart of our business.

We are looking for an experienced Physical Logistics Specialist to assist in organizing and aligning our distribution operations in support of our Government Programs. You will provide tactical guidance and support to warehouse teams in support of the Senior Strategic Program Manager, fostering our company's culture. The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects across disciplines to produce timely results. The goal is to ensure all warehouses deliver excellent service to our customers consistently.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Ensure Quality Work Instructions for operations are implemented across warehousing in accordance with the contracted SOW requirements.
• Share best practices and close gaps in documentation and understanding as needed.
• Assist with tactical issue resolution through frequent in-warehouse presence and operational knowledge.
• Help improve performance of key suppliers and transportation carriers to support program needs at optimized costs.
• Provide operational coverage during surge periods, special projects, or staffing shortages.
• Coordinate disposal events and shelf life recertifications as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience in CMS program management and warehouse operations.
• Experience using tcmIS application for supply chain functions and data analysis to deliver value.
