Our team is looking for a dependable and motivated individual to handle day-to-day dispatching, schedule coordination, and inbound/outbound phone sales. Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate daily job schedules and efficiently dispatch moving crews
2. Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and set clear expectations
3. Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries about services, availability, and pricing
4. Follow up with leads and past customers to generate new bookings and sales
5. Enter job details and customer information into our scheduling and CRM systems
6. Monitor job progress throughout the day to ensure timely service and resolve issues as needed
7. Collaborate with management and field teams to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in dispatching, scheduling, or logistics—moving industry experience is a plus
• Strong customer service and phone sales skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with scheduling software and general computer skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
• High school diploma or equivalent (college experience is a plus but not required)
