Job summary

Accenture seeks a seasoned Physical AI Delivery and Solutioning Manager to lead client workstreams from discovery through transition. You will bridge delivery accountability with technical depth to guide engineering decisions and redesign operating workflows.

Travel up to 75% is required; 5+ years of experience in consulting or delivery is expected, with domain strengths in robotics, automation, and AI/ML deployment. This role demands strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience, incl. 3+ years in consulting or client-facing delivery.
Practical experience in two domains: robotics integration, industrial automation, digital twins or AI/ML deployment.
Ability to translate operational challenges into measurable outcomes and manage stakeholder expectations.
Knowledge of production-readiness, testing, cybersecurity and safety in industrial settings.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery workstreams across digital twins, robotics AI, and related Physical AI domains.
Own workplans, milestones, staffing, budget, quality, risks and client communications.
Translate problems into requirements, use cases, delivery increments and value measures.
Contribute to solution design, estimates, roadmaps and statements of work.
Coordinate engineers, data/AI teams, OT, cybersecurity and ecosystem partners.
Provide governance across architecture, testing, safety and production readiness.
