Qualifications

• Work authorization to permit employment in the United States for Hitachi Energy.
• 8+ years of experience as a Project/Delivery Manager, preferably delivering AI projects in major corporations.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Agile Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• Domain experience in Manufacturing / Robotics / Automation is a strong plus.
• 30% national travel expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Physical AI use cases and projects within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
• Collaborate with sponsors, business stakeholders, IT teams, and AI/Data teams to support project execution.
• Develop project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation using Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies.
• Drive the creation of statements of work for AI projects and initiatives.
• Manage external vendors and partners to support successful solution delivery.
• Monitor progress across the AI use case portfolio and address risks with mitigation activities.
• Communicate project status and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Provide guidance to multinational project teams and support a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
