Job summary

Concentra, a national health care leader, is seeking a Physiatrist/PM&R Specialist to join on-site as a 1099 independent contractor at our Gilroy location. A typical arrangement involves a 4-hour shift weekly or biweekly to complement your current practice.

In this role you will work with medical and therapy teams, provide PM&R services (potential EMGs/NCS), and engage in case management and return-to-work planning. This is a revenue-share model with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with valid license in California.
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
• Unrestricted DEA license for CA.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients during 4-hour shifts on-site up to weekly or biweekly basis.
• Collaborate with medical and therapy teams and participate in case management.
