Job summary

Concentra, Inc. seeks a Physiatrist / Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist to join on-site as a 1099 independent contractor in Tucson, AZ. The role complements your current practice with a 4-hour shift weekly or biweekly.

As an Advanced Specialist, you will provide EMGs and NCS for musculoskeletal injuries, coordinate case management, and communicate with employers. Compensation is based on a revenue-share model.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in treating patients with work related injuries.
• Licensure requirements of the state of practice.
• Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university.
• Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction.
• Board certification or Board Eligibility in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
• Medical Malpractice Insurance coverage while on site.
