Job summary

Concentra, Inc. seeks a Physiatrist to join our on-site team in Gilroy, CA as a 1099 independent contractor for a 4-hour shift weekly or biweekly. You will provide physiatry services, including EMGs/NCS as applicable, and participate in case management with employers and medical/therapy teams.

Independent contractor role with revenue share compensation; flexible scheduling to accommodate private practice; licensure and board eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in treating patients with work related injuries.
• Licensure requirements of the state of practice.
• Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university.
• Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
• Must have Medical Malpractice Insurance which will cover you while on site.

Responsibilities
