Job summary

Concentra in Richmond, CA is seeking a Physiatrist / Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist to join on-site as a 1099 independent contractor. The role involves treating patients during a ~4-hour shift on a weekly or biweekly basis, complementing your private practice.

Collaboration with medical and therapy teams and potential EMGs/NCS may be included to support return-to-work and functional restoration.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in treating patients with work-related injuries.
• Licensure requirements of the state of practice.
• Graduate of accredited MD or DO program.
• Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
• Must have Medical Malpractice Insurance which will cover you while on site.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients on site for approximately a 4-hour shift weekly or biweekly.
• Coordinate with medical and therapy providers; participate in case management.
