Job summary

Concentra is seeking a Physiatrist to join our on-site medical team as an independent contractor for short, targeted shifts. You will work in a collaborative environment to manage medically complex cases, focusing on return-to-work and functional restoration for patients with orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries.

The role involves EMG/NCS may be performed, communication with employers, and active case management.

Qualifications

• Experience treating patients with work-related injuries and functional restoration.
• Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program.
• Unrestricted medical license in the practicing state; DEA license.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Provide physiatry evaluations and on-site treatment for patients.
• Coordinate with Concentra medical and therapy staff to support return-to-work and functional restoration.
