Job summary

MaineGuide is seeking a Physiatrist/Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation specialist to join Concentra as an on-site 1099 independent contractor. The role involves a ~4-hour shift on a weekly or biweekly basis to complement your private practice.

Responsibilities include EMG/NCS services, collaboration with medical and therapy teams, and active case management for medically complex patients. Compensation is determined by a revenue-share model.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program; licensure required.
• Unrestricted DEA license for state of practice.
• Board certification or eligibility in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
• Maintain medical malpractice insurance while on site.
• LS licensure in Maine or state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients on site for Concentra as an independent contractor on a 4-hour shift weekly or biweekly.
• Provide EMG and NCS services for orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal work-related injuries.
• Collaborate with medical and therapy providers and participate in case management.
• Engage with employers as part of the revenue-share compensation model.
