Agile Occupational Medicine in California seeks a 1099 Physiatrist to diagnose and provide direct specialist care for pain management and rehabilitation from work injuries. You will work with physical therapists, chiropractors, and other clinicians to support fast recovery and work return.

The role requires board eligibility or certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, an unrestricted CA license, and comfort with contract work.

Qualifications

• MD or DO graduate with unrestricted California medical license.
• Board certified or eligible and compliant with state practice laws.
• Active DEA registration and current BLS certification.
• Malpractice insurance coverage in good standing.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and manage musculoskeletal issues and pain-related conditions from work injuries.
• Develop individualized treatment plans including therapies, medications, injections, and rehab.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to maximize outcomes.
• Educate patients on conditions, prevention, and rehabilitation process.
• Document accurately in the EMR system.
