Agile Occupational Medicine PC in California is seeking a 1099 Physiatrist to diagnose and directly treat patients with pain management and physical rehabilitation for work-related injuries. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists and other clinicians to restore function and return workers to duty.

Develop individualized treatment plans, document in EMR, and participate in employer case management.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with CA medical license and unrestricted DEA.
• Board certification or eligibility in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
• Proficiency with EMR and patient management software.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and manage musculoskeletal conditions from work injuries.
• Develop individualized treatment plans including therapy, medications, injections.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve outcomes.
• Educate patients on conditions and rehabilitation process.
• Document promptly and accurately in the EMR.
