Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Social Work, Counseling, or equivalent.
• Current TX clinical or social work license as required by state regulations.
• CPR and De-escalation certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for patients in the PHP setting.
• Actively participate in treatment planning and discharge planning processes.
• Provide family therapy sessions as needed to support continuity of care.
