Job summary

Lifepoint Health in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Partial Hospitalization Program Therapist to provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients facing psychological and emotional issues. The candidate will engage in treatment planning and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients preferred.
• Current Clinical or Social Work license as required by state regulations.
• CPR Certification and De-escalation certification required or to be obtained within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for patients.
• Provide family therapy sessions as needed.
• Complete required clinical paperwork and documentation.
• Respond to patient crises and participate in de-escalation procedures.
