The position offers a signing bonus up to $8,000 and a competitive salary of $85,000–$95,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Master's in Social Work or PhD in Psychology required.
• LICSW or LMHC licensure in Massachusetts required.
• Minimum 3 years post-licensure experience in clinical settings.
• Five years of psychology experience preferred in a community mental health setting.
• Minimum 2 years as a clinical supervisor or program manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all programmatic and operational aspects of the PHP Program.
• Manage budgetary expectations and coordinate services with multiple disciplines.
• Market and cultivate relationships with providers, local/state agencies, and managed care organizations.
• Coordinate and conduct intakes; negotiate fee agreements as needed.
• Ensure insurance verification, billing, and co-pay collection; resolve claims with billing company.
• Develop program effectiveness and supervise staff and treatment teams.
