Job summary

The Clinical PHP Manager at Hartgrove Behavioral Health System provides direct patient care under the Director of PHP/IOP Services. Primary responsibilities include the provision of a safe and therapeutic milieu, crisis intervention, facilitation of group meetings, coordination of patient transportation, assistance with discharge planning, and department recruitment.

The Program Manager is additionally responsible for the implantation of programs, training and the schedule.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology or any Human Health related field.

Responsibilities
