Job summary

Guidelight Health Inc. in Quincy, MA, seeks an Executive Director to lead the PHP/IOP programs for adults and adolescents onsite. The role oversees clinic operations, strategic growth, regulatory compliance, and financial performance while building a collaborative, inclusive culture.

The ideal candidate has MA therapy licensure plus 5+ years in leadership within behavioral health, and a proven ability to expand services, engage communities, and guide teams toward excellence.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Active licensure in LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• 5-7 years clinical experience in higher levels of care, with 2+ years in management.
• Willingness to provide clinical supervision to associate licensed clinicians per policy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PHP/IOP programming, including day-to-day operations, clinical programming, and KPIs.
• Own clinic-level P&L and KPIs, ensuring financial health and operational efficiency.
• Manage staffing, schedules, and productivity to align with demand and program needs.
• Ensure compliance with state licensure regulations, payer requirements, and CARF.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with referral partners and drive growth.
• Represent Guidelight in the local behavioral health ecosystem and expand community presence.
