Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a production support assistant in Richmond, CA to organize, transport, and stage merchandise, props, and surfaces for photoshoots. You will partner with Producers, track samples, and maintain set inventory while ensuring timely preparation for each shoot.

Responsibilities include unpacking and repacking samples, testing products when needed, driving trucks, and aiding in set construction. The role requires physical effort and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Review daily shoot needs with Producers and organize merchandise and props.
• Unpack, check in, test products before shoots and track samples.
• Pack and label merchandise for transit between locations and studios.
• Maintain prop cage, surfaces, and sample inventory in studios.
• Drive trucks and sprinter van to locations; ensure vehicle upkeep.
