Job summary

Vuly Play is seeking an experienced CGI artist to turn early-stage concepts into photoreal imagery. You’ll collaborate closely with Industrial Design and Engineering, preparing CAD data for CGI and delivering lifelike visuals across products.

You will lead modelling, lighting and rendering for consumer and industrial design projects, with travel to Asia and a role within an established CGI pipeline.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' professional experience in CGI, 3D visualisation or related field.
• Mastery of Blender, Plasticity, diffusion models and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong modelling, lighting, shading and rendering for photorealistic scenes.
• Expertise in hard surface modelling, sculpting and animation.
• A strong portfolio spanning consumer products and industrial/interior design, CMF and textiles.
• Experience turning engineering/CAD data into visually accurate representations.
• Open to regular and consistent travel to key R&D teams in Asia.
• Background in design (UI, UX or Industrial Design).
• A passion for interactive game design and fresh visual presentation.

Responsibilities

• Travel the globe with ~3 months+ travel to Hong Kong & China for collaboration.
• Create photorealistic CGI imagery, animations and VFX from concept to launch.
• Visualise early-stage ideas — materials, textures, lighting and realistic environments.
• Prep CAD data for CGI and light/build materials around it.
• Model and sculpt to support Industrial Designers across surfaces.
• Work inside the established CGI pipeline and keep output consistent across projects.
• Follow predefined procedures for visual presentation and translate CAD data into accurate representations.
