Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ME/EE/OE or equivalent experience in optics/manufacturing.
• Knowledge of process control, cleanroom protocols, and complex opto-mechanical assembly.
• Experience with DoD/Space products and lean sigma improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead fabrication process development, ECOs, and training to maintain yield and quality.
• Interface with design engineers to ensure producibility and build strategies.
• Drive cost reduction and implement best process control for quality.
• Direct support personnel in daily manufacturing tasks.
• Propose ideas and translate concepts into tangible processes.
• Plan and support build of electronics systems including procurement, instructions, tooling, and issue resolution.
