Job summary

This role blends hands‑on testing with engineering support to drive production excellence. Required is a EE/EET degree with extensive manufacturing test experience, plus proficiency with test equipment and LabVIEW/Python scripting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in EE or EET with 8+ years or an associate’s degree with 10+ years in manufacturing test engineering.
• Experience developing test procedures for complex electromechanical, electronic, fiber optic, and laser assemblies.
• Lean, Six Sigma or similar process improvement experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop test procedures and work instructions for electrical, fiber optic, and laser testing of PCBA and related assemblies.
• Optimize test processes to improve efficiency, yield, and quality.
• Perform characterization and validation testing on complex electromechanical and photonic assemblies.
• Troubleshoot test failures and implement corrective actions and improvements.
• Document test results and quality control documentation.
