Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
3–5 years of related work experience.
Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Flexibility to work shifts as required.

Responsibilities

Conduct user training on Photolithography products.
Provide classroom and laboratory training for internal and external customer training courses, including operation, preventive maintenance, application and installation aspects.
Develop new internal and external technical materials and lesson plans.
Revise existing technical materials to ensure currency and accuracy.
Partner with customers and internal teams to implement training and maintain equipment in cleanrooms and training facilities.
Verify accuracy of technical procedures to support field service technicians and customers.
Provide detailed presentations on technical topics.
Participate in discussion groups to share technical information and improve colleagues’ knowledge.
Contact customers to discuss training needs and gather feedback on programs.
