Job summary

H. T. PROF Group in San Jose, CA, is seeking a Technical Course Development Instructor to deliver training on industrial photolithography products.

The role requires on-site presence five days a week near San Jose. You will conduct user training, develop and revise technical materials, and work with customers and internal teams to implement training and maintain equipment in cleanrooms and training facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of related work experience.
• Semiconductor equipment knowledge preferred; photolithography equipment knowledge helpful.
• Prior experience as a technical trainer preferred.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user training on Photolithography products.
• Provide classroom and laboratory training covering operation, maintenance, applications, and installation aspects of Canon photolithography equipment.
• Develop new internal and external technical materials and lesson plans.
• Revise existing technical materials to ensure they are current and accurate.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to implement training and maintain equipment in cleanrooms and training facilities.
• Verify accuracy of technical procedures to support field service technicians and customer needs.
• Provide detailed presentations on technical topics.
• Participate in discussion groups to share technical information and improve knowledge.
• Contact customers to discuss training needs and gather feedback on programs and systems.
