Job summary

ECLARO in San Jose, CA is seeking a Semiconductor Trainer - Course Developer to develop and deliver training on industrial photolithography equipment. This hands-on role blends technical expertise with course development and customer-facing instruction.

You will prepare lesson plans, create technical materials, conduct in-house and on-site trainings, maintain training facilities, and work with customers to tailor programs that improve operator proficiency and equipment availability in cleanrooms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years related work experience.
• Knowledge of semiconductor equipment and maintenance; photolithography knowledge is helpful.
• Prior experience as a technical trainer is preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user training on Photolithography products in-house and at customer sites.
• Provide classroom and lab training covering operation, preventive maintenance, application, and installation aspects.
• Develop new internal and external technical materials.
• Revise existing materials to keep them current and accurate.
• Verify accuracy of technical procedures to support field service technicians and customers.
• Provide detailed presentations on technical topics.
• Operate, maintain, and prepare training facilities and equipment in the San Jose facility.
• Participate in groups to share technical information and improve colleagues' knowledge.
• Contact customers to discuss training needs and gather feedback.
