Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of related work experience.
• Semiconductor equipment and photolithography knowledge helpful.
• Prior experience as a technical trainer preferred.
• Travel up to 50% within the US.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user training on Photolithography products at in-house and customer sites.
• Develop new internal and external technical materials.
• Revise existing materials to ensure accuracy.
• Verify technical procedures to support field technicians and customers.
• Provide presentations on technical topics.
• Maintain training facilities and equipment at the San Jose site.
• Discuss training needs with customers and gather feedback.
