Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group in San Jose, CA is seeking a Technical Course Development Trainer to deliver training on photolithography products and to develop and revise technical materials. The role involves classroom and laboratory instruction five days a week on-site near the San Jose area.

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience, with 3–5 years of related work experience; semiconductor equipment knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience.
• 3–5 years of related work experience.
• Semiconductor equipment knowledge preferred; photolithography helpful.
• Prior experience as a technical trainer preferred.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user training on Photolithography products.
• Provide classroom and laboratory training for internal and external customer training courses.
• Develop new internal and external technical materials as well as lesson plans.
• Revise existing technical materials to ensure accuracy.
• Partner with customers and internal teams to implement training and maintain equipment.
• Verify accuracy of technical procedures to support field technicians.
• Provide detailed presentations on technical topics.
• Participate in discussion groups to share knowledge.
• Contact customers to discuss training needs and gather feedback.
