Job summary

Markent Personnel is seeking a Technical Course Development Trainer in the San Jose, CA area to deliver hands-on training on photolithography equipment for internal and external customers.

You will develop new technical materials, revise existing content, and present detailed technical topics while collaborating with customers and service teams to ensure successful training programs. This full-time position requires 3–5 years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience is required.
• 3–5 years of related work experience preferred.
• Technical trainer experience is preferred.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user training on Photolithography products.
• Provide classroom and laboratory training for internal and external customer training courses including operation, preventive maintenance, application, and installation aspects of Canon photolithography equipment.
• Develop new internal and external technical materials as well as lesson plans.
• Revise existing internal and external technical materials to ensure they are current and accurate.
• Partner with customers and internal teams to implement training and maintain equipment in cleanrooms and training facilities.
• Verify accuracy of technical procedures to support field technicians and customer needs.
• Provide detailed presentations on technical topics.
• Participate in discussion groups to share technical information and improve knowledge.
• Contact customers to discuss training needs and gather feedback on programs and systems.
