Htprof is seeking a Technical Course Development Instructor to train on industrial photolithography equipment. The role requires delivering classroom and lab sessions, developing and updating training materials, and collaborating with customers to tailor programs.

Travel not specified; based near San Jose, CA, with a full-time schedule. Ideal candidates will have a technical bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of related experience, and familiarity with MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of related work experience.
• Semiconductor equipment knowledge; photolithography equipment knowledge helpful.
• Prior experience as a technical trainer preferred.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user training on Photolithography products.
• Provide classroom and laboratory training for internal and external customer training courses.
• Develop new internal and external technical materials and lesson plans.
• Revise existing technical materials to ensure they are current and accurate.
• Partner with customers and internal members to implement training and maintain equipment in cleanrooms and training facilities.
• Verify accuracy of technical procedures to support field service technicians and customers.
• Provide detailed presentations on technical topics.
• Participate in discussion groups to share knowledge.
• Contact customers to discuss training needs and acquire feedback on training programs.
