Job summary

Top Echelon LLC is seeking a Technical Course Development Trainer in San Jose, CA to deliver training on photolithography equipment. The role reports to a worksite 5 days a week and must reside near the San Jose area.

You will conduct user training on Canon photolithography products, develop and revise training materials, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure proper usage of equipment for training and demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of related work experience.
• Semiconductor equipment, maintenance knowledge preferred; photolithography equipment knowledge helpful.
• Prior experience as a technical trainer preferred.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user training on Photolithography products.
• Provide classroom and laboratory training for internal and external customer training courses covering operation, preventive maintenance, application, and installation of Canon photolithography equipment.
• Develop new internal and external technical materials as well as lesson plans.
• Revise existing internal and external technical materials to ensure currency and accuracy.
• Partner with customers and internal members to implement training and maintain equipment in cleanrooms and training facilities.
• Verify accuracy of technical procedures to support field service technicians and customer needs.
• Provide detailed presentations on technical topics.
• Participate in discussion groups to share technical information and improve knowledge of less experienced colleagues.
• Contact customers to discuss training needs and gather feedback on current programs.
