Canon U.S.A., Inc. in San Jose seeks a Semiconductor Trainer - Course Developer to design and deliver training on photolithography equipment.

Based in the San Jose office, you will create lesson plans, partner with customers and internal teams, and maintain training facilities to ensure equipment availability for demonstrations. The role requires a BS in a technical field and 3–5 years of related experience, travel up to 50%, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of related work experience in a technical setting.
• Semiconductor equipment/photolithography knowledge preferred.
• Prior experience as a technical trainer preferred.
• Up to 50% travel in the US; valid driver's license required.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user training on Photolithography products in-house and at customer sites.
• Provide classroom and lab training covering operation, maintenance, applications, and installation.
• Develop and revise internal/external technical materials.
• Verify accuracy of procedures to support field service and customers.
• Deliver detailed presentations on technical topics.
• Maintain training facilities and equipment in San Jose.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to assess training needs.
• Travel as needed to training sites and customer locations.
