Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a Photo Equipment Technician to support photolithography equipment, calibrations, system operations, and preventative maintenance. The role involves data collection, inline adjustments, and documenting repairs per SOPs, with a strong emphasis on safety and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or other technical certification is required.
• 2+ years of technical experience or military service is expected.
• Experience with mechanical or computer-based troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with 6S best practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and quality mindset while using basic hand tools in photolithography.
• Troubleshoot via data analysis and hardware failure analysis/repair under pressure.
• Use onboard diagnostics to diagnose issues and document repairs and maintenance.
• Monitor equipment and processes and seek ways to improve them.
