Job summary

SkyWater Technology, Inc. is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician specialized in Photolithography to join the semiconductor maintenance team in Austin, TX.

You will support ASML and TEL equipment platforms in a Class 1 clean room, contributing to safety, quality, and delivery goals. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, root-cause analysis, and implementing standard work while collaborating with shift leadership to ensure manufacturing objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in Equipment Maintenance within the Semiconductor industry.
• Experience with Class 1 clean room environment.
• Strong focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery and 5S culture.
• Ability to perform analytical troubleshooting and structured problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Be part of an equipment services team in the semiconductor industry.
• Support and participate in Safety, 5s, and Standard Work culture.
• Identify opportunities to improve area and factory performance.
• Interact with team members to solve problems and meet manufacturing objectives.
• Make routine decisions based on area priorities affecting production material and equipment.
• Work with shift leadership to drive team success.
• Document maintenance performed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
• Work A shift schedule (Compressed, Front end of week, Day shift).
