Job summary

SkyWater Technology, Inc. is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician specialized in Photolithography to join the semiconductor maintenance team in Austin, TX.

You will support ASML and TEL equipment platforms in a Class 1 clean room, contributing to safety, quality, and delivery goals. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, root-cause analysis, and implementing standard work while collaborating with shift leadership to ensure manufacturing objectives are met.

Qualifications

Equipment Maintenance Technician- Photolithography

In your new role you will:

• Be part of an equipment services team in the semiconductor industry

• Support and participate in a Safety, 5s, and Standard Work culture

• Interact with other team members toward the solution of problems, and thefulfillment of manufacturing objectives

• Make routine decisions based on area priorities that affect production material and equipment

• Work with the shift leadership team and other maintenance technicians to drive the team's overall success

• Document maintenance performed

• Perform other duties as assigned by manager

• Able to work A shift schedule (Compressed, Front end of week, Day shift)

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Familiarity inPhotolithography and have experience with ASML PAS Steppers and Scanners along with TwinSCAN exposure tools, ASML 5500 2x0, 3x0, 5x0, 7x0, 8x0 and TwinSCAN 4x0, 12x0 & 14x0 models, and TEL Mark 8, ACT 8, Lithius Tracks on a 200mm platform.

• Associate of Applied Sciencedegree (A.A.S.), or technical trade school certificate preferred but not required. Work experience will be considered.

• 5-7 years of experience in an Equipment Maintenance role within the Semiconductor industry

• Ability to work in aClass 1 clean roomenvironment

• High focus on aSafety, Quality, Delivery, and 5S culture

• Capable of demonstrating analytical troubleshooting methods (Root Cause Analysis, 8D Problem Solving, and 5-why, and First Time Right repair skills)

• Able to follow preventative maintenance and Standard Work procedures
