Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a satisfactory background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Available to work weekend hours during busy season.
• Ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Execute photography events and senior portrait sessions to standards.
• Hire, train, coach, and mentor photographers; conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain staffing levels and labor hours per budget.
• Collaborate with Sales & School Support on event details.
• Produce weekly KPI reports.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and inventory.
