CADY is seeking an Assistant Photo Operations Manager in Herndon, VA to support the Photography Operations Manager in leading a team of hourly photographers and delivering memorable sessions. You will coordinate events, manage scheduling, assist with equipment maintenance, and uphold high customer service and creativity standards while supporting the team’s vision for exceptional photography.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing photography events and sessions while upholding standards.
• Support hiring, training, and coaching of photographers and staff.
• Help maintain staff schedules and labor hours within budget.
• Collaborate with Sales & School Support for event details.
• Provide feedback to photographers on work quality and KPI reporting.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and event workflows to prevent issues.
• Prepare daily/weekly KPI reports and contribute to team goals.
