Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years photography experience preferred.
• Experience leading a large team (20+ members) under deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of hourly photographers and manage scheduling.
• Hire, train, coach, and mentor photographers.
• Maintain staff levels and labor hours per budget.
• Coordinate with Sales & School Support for event details.
• Produce weekly KPI reports.
