Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Familiarity with business systems and a willingness to learn new platforms.
• Ability to support and motivate a team to achieve high standards.
• Minimum of 2 years of photography experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing photography events, Senior portrait sessions, and processing per CADY standards.
• Support the hiring, training, and coaching of photographers and team members.
• Help maintain staff schedules and labor hours to align with the staffing budget.
• Collaborate with Sales & School Support to ensure photographers have event details.
• Assist in conducting regular check-ins with photographers to provide feedback.
• Maintain CADY equipment, vans, and event supplies per procedures.
• Contribute to daily/weekly KPI reports and deliver feedback.
