Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a deadline-oriented environment with changing priorities.
• Experience with sample management; photoshoots experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet all deadlines without compromising detail or quality.
• Collaborate with Omni Creative Services, Marketing Operations, and Creative teams.
• Develop relationships with external partners and act as their point of contact.
• Serve as a brand steward representing the brand to partners.
• Support Sample processes: receiving, organizing, and maintaining the Sample Library.
• Maintain Sample timeline and communicate key dates to cross-functional partners.
• Order and pull products from DC as assigned.
• Organize product samples and comps for photoshoots.
• Update and maintain the Product Photo Queue.
• Run regular reporting for sample deliveries.
• Support Comps product & Prop management: packing, shipping, tracking, receiving, organizing for shoots.
