Job summary

RugsUSA is seeking an experienced Photo Studio Lead to manage production of photo and video content in our Cranbury, NJ studio. You will oversee the full process, lead a small team and partner with Creative leadership to deliver on-brand assets for ecommerce and campaigns.

The role requires proven studio management, workflow optimization, and strong collaboration across marketing, creative, and cross-functional teams. On-site 5 days/week in Cranbury, NJ with extensive budget oversight.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in studio management with leadership responsibility.
• Strong photo and video production background, home decor a plus.
• Proficient in Capture One and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience budgeting and negotiating with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all photo and video production, scheduling and asset delivery.
• Lead a creative team including a Retoucher to ensure timely assets.
• Plan, execute, and collaborate on studio and on-location shoots.
• Develop and optimize internal production processes and budgets.
